TOP FLIGHT offers construction progress aerial photography packages for sites throughout Texas. We fly at the same time each month (we will move the date a day or two to get the best weather), and take exactly the photographs that you need to monitor your jobsite. We never charge extra to deliver full resolution files, so you can zoom in close to see what is happening..
Our clients depend on our photographs to clarify communications with banks, subcontractors, and everyone else involved with the project. The use of aerials demonstrates that you are keeping a close eye on things, and have an independent record of each step taken over the life of the project. If a dispute arises, you have photographic proof on your side.
A typical construction progress job includes four oblique photographs taken at different angles and delivered via ftp or email. However, if you need additional views, close-ups, prints, files on CD, etc. just let us know.
Aerial Photography is the best way to oversee large building projects, offering a complete view of your construction site. See quickly what is actually happening, and communicate to other members of your team!

Protect your company: Photographs provide a definitive record should issues arise related to environmental protection, material delivery, work quality, or safety.
Manage your project: Use a bird’s eye view to plan your project and to report on progress against your plan. These photographs are impressive and extremely informative when included in your reports to supervisors, insurers, banks, etc.
Market your services: What better way is there to demonstrate your proven capabilities in marketing brochures, websites, and advertisements?
Point your cursor at the picture of the building site below, or at an item on the right, to see how much detail there is, and how useful even a single aerial photograph can be!
Many of our customers post large prints of their project on the walls of the construction trailer. These not only demonstrate pride in their work; they also provide an immediately accessible visual history of the project. Others purchase large framed prints of the finished project as gifts to clients or to showcase in their own facility.
