Oblique Aerial Photography
An oblique aerial photograph is taken from the window of an airplane or helicopter. This type of image can show off an individual property in a closeup, or demonstrate the proximity of your property to nearby businesses.

TOP FLIGHT makes photography easy. Hiring one photographer for your aerial and ground based needs cuts your costs and simplifies your work. If you need photographs from another city, we can fly there easily and take care of both the aerial and ground components.
All of our photography is produced using available light. This provides a very realistic look, and keeps your costs under control. If additional height is needed to see over cars or other obstructions, we'll use a pole-mounted camera, or lift truck to achieve the perfect view of your property.
Vertical Mapping
TOP FLIGHT offers aerial mapping services. Many developers subscribe to a database for “satellite photography”. We
offer the advantages of better resolution and even more importantly, currency. We photograph your property when you place the order so
the imagery is completely up-to-date. More details of our aerial mapping can be found on the Services page.
The example on the right is an aerial map of downtown Austin, TX CBD. You can see that the high-resolution vertical aerial photograph provides plenty of crisp, clear details of the building, parking areas and traffic on surrounding streets.
Virtual Views
The view from a "not-yet-built" building can be presented as a dramatic image. We use a lift truck, crane or helicopter to get to the desired "floor", and capture a panoramic view. These can be included in marketing materials or printed wall size to really grab some attention.
